On this video, I took the worlds cheapest brisket and injected it with beef tallow. This was a select brisket that had close to zero marbeling! I took 2 cups of liquid beef tallow and injected it into the world cheapest brisket that oney could buy. The results of this test were pretty amazing! The Wagyu beef tallow I used is silky smooth and the brisket flavor was hard to beleive. This is a recipe that I highly recommend!
