There are a few dog introductions done in this video, to help the staff create dog social groups.
This will help the dogs become more adopted, burn pent up energy, and also create a bond with some of the dogs in the shelter.

As we all know, dogs are social creatures and the shelter environment can be hard for them to handle, so exercising, socializing, and training with the shelter dogs, helps their overall state of mind.
