Tami from Nutmegnotebook.com used an unfinished 15 inch wooden bowl in her Chopped Salad demo. it required a bit of maintenance before it is put to use and some ongoing care to allow many years of service. This short video will review what is necessary. The beeswax/mineral oil blend treated bowls that come directly from Holland bowl company will still need the ongoing monthly treatment but are ready to use on arrival
