Hi guys well once again the rubbish weather put paid to a bike ride so we are hoping to pick that up tomorrow so in the mean time with our holiday to Cyprus fast approaching we are doing our best to gain or lose some of the xmas poundage and get a bit of fitness back so gym and dry January is the way forward for now , anyway if any of you have ideas about which bike i should do next just drop them in the comments but for now ill see you next week .
