Hello Ladies & Gentlemen and as always, thank you for watching. Today, is unique, special, and surprising on several levels!!! Ethan and I hop in the Western Star unit #8, the Vulcan V70, 35 ton towing & recovery unit to tow a wrecked road tractor (prime mover) to a body shop. The Western Star was my dad's truck and this is Ethan's first time operating it on a customer job. Dad would be proud. This type of job is the "bread & butter" for a lot of towing companies, so it is important to do it safely and professionally, which I believe Ethan is doing quite well. I am a bit jealous on this one though. While we were dropping the wrecked truck at the body shop, Ethan witnessed a loaded dump trailer roll over while it was attempting to dump rocks!!! I come around the truck in time to see the dust still flying from the incident. Thankfully, nobody was injured. The things we see in this job.... As noted in the video, we didn't get the job of working this rollover, but wait for next week's video!!! Go ahead and watch this video while you are waiting...LOL. I hope you all enjoy this video!!!
