Just so happened to check out the Root River Steelhead Facility on the last nice day of the year potentially and the DNR was posted up in their truck watching the fishing violations first. I got out of my vehicle to look, and they hopped out soon after. They ended up running plates and IDs from what I saw. I'm sure some kind of tickets were given out. Can't fish that close to the fish weir. Sign is posted.
