Eight TikTok content creators are suing the U.S. government, issuing another challenge to the new federal law that would ban the social media platform nationwide if its Chinabased parent company doesn’t sell its stakes within a year. The group is citing First Amendment violations, saying the ban would limit freedom of speech. Brian Firebaugh, one of the TikTok creators in the lawsuit, joins "NewsNation Now" to discuss the suit and how a TikTok ban would impact him.
