This was a quick camping trip at Water Canyon Campground near Magdalena NM. I would not recommend this campground during peak season, due to it seems to attract a lot vagabonds passing through. The off season is a great time to camp. The campground is open all year long, but its a good idea to contact the Magdalena Ranger Station before heading to the campground. The weather was extremely warm for the two days I was there, which was to my advantage. Let me know if any of you have questions. Thanks!
