American professional eater Randy Santel versus Benny's giant 28" Pizza Challenge hosted by Benny DiCarta's in downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan of the USA!! The weekend after attempting 4 delicious restaurant food challenges around the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, I headed east and tried 5 competitive eating challenges around Western Michigan plus Lansing. For man vs food challenge #1 of five, I drove to Kalamazoo, Michigan so I could attempt Benny's 28Inch Pizza Challenge hosted by Benny DiCarta's in downtown Kalamazoo. This huge solo pizza challenge is available at all the Benny's Pizza locations around Virginia and other areas of the USA. There is currently just this one location in the state of Michigan. Challengers have just 28 minutes to finish a 28" diameter cheese pizza divided up into 8 giant Virginia slices. Everyone pays $40 for the pizza. Amateurs who finish all eight slices within 28 minutes can win a check for $280 plus a sweet tshirt and spot on the Benny's location's Wall of Fame. Professionals can only win a check for $100 plus a groovy tshirt and spot on the Wall of Fame.
