Today I'm here to talk to you about one of my favorite herbs: wild bergamot (Monarda fistulosa)! It's great both for culinary and medicinal purposes, and is an herb I like to have on hand for its wide variety of uses. Watch the video to learn more!

**Note of caution: wild bergamot should not be used in medicinal quantities by people who are pregnant. The small amounts used for seasoning are generally fine, however. Please talk to your healthcare provider to make sure it's safe for you!
