When Kansas gives you bad weather, head underground! We make our way to Wichita but make a pit stop in Hutchinson first to explore Strataca, a salt mine/storage facility/museum 650 feet underground! This place is having an identity crisis!! This unique attraction also happens to be a Harvest Host, so we spend the night and head out the next morning to Wichita. There, Bri fulfills a lifelong dream of visiting a Frank Lloyd Wright house (hello Allen House!) before heading downtown to explore The Keeper of The Plains. A strong wind blows in a cold front and we rush out of Wichita the next morning before we perish or get blown away.
