We will look at how Rust’s unique memory management model and lack of inheritance make it difficult to use traditional objectoriented programming patterns for UI development. We will also see how some Rust frameworks and libraries are trying to overcome these difficulties by using different approaches, such as functional programming, entitycomponentsystems, immediate mode GUI, and even the DOM.
