You being glued to technology, to your phone, youtube, tiktok IS NOT because you’re lazy or because you have bad discipline or because your brain doesn’t work.

What it’s actually because of is your state of mind: your internal emotional circuitry. After we waste time, we get such strong feelings of resentfulness. "I can’t believe I wasted the WHOLE day. I’m just not productive, I suck."

You think you're going to be able to do good productive studying after all that negative crap you're throwing at yourself? You’re not working because all that negative self talk especially after you’ve wasted time ruins your mental state. And what makes it worse is you don’t bother to internally process how you actually feel, what you’re thinking. what’s led you here.

What finally worked for me, I’m gonna tell you straight away is 1) me training myself to become hyper aware / learning to process my thoughts and 2) a selfimprovement system that me and my friend created that evolved into something unimaginable. Hope you enjoy.
