When BMW launched their new Sport Coupe with the name 3,0 CSL, the production of just 50 units had been sold quickly. And that was to afficionados of the brand who did not even know what they were buying. BMW M Gmbh had said that it would be an ultra exclusive model, but not what it would ultimately be, what model or bodyform. And now that the 50 units have been produced, BMW makes sure that the new owners cannot sell their car.
