Why is this TENT so popular?

The 3FUL Gear Lanshan Pro 2 tent....is now arguably the most popular tent for wild camping in the UK. It's loved by many but why has this tent been so successful. Is it the best lightweight tent? Is it the the best budget tent...is it the best tent for backpacking or wild camping? Is it the best trekking pole tent?
