A semirandom ramble of a conversation about the differences that I see between a trading card business that is operating versus an investment portfolio that is hodling trading cards. Operating a business gets a bad reputation sometimes, and I wanted to put out there that it is just a different style of interacting with the hobby and the market. Operators are necessary for a healthy market, and that's what I'm enjoying doing right now. Which is why you will never see me give out investment advice. I both am not qualified to do so, and I'm not putting my money where that advice's mouth would be lol
