In this talk, career coach and employment expert, Julia Rock, shines a light on the three "hidden" factors that are challenging employee fulfillment and engagement at work. Through vulnerably sharing her personal challenges to find fulfillment in her career, Julia addresses how uncovering these factors enables both employers and employees to establish stronger workplace cultures, create psychologically safe environments, and ultimately create mutual longterm success.

Rock is a career and leadership development coach who has helped hundreds of ambitious Black and POC professionals break through career plateaus to secure sixfigure salaries and fulfilling job opportunities. Through her company, Rock Career Development, she now helps Black and POC former athletes and professionals in transition successfully find their next career play. Through her signature coaching methods, clients are able to secure dream positions while earning their value and then some.
