I talk quite a bit about back pain, and that’s because it’s one of the leading types of pain people face every day! Today I want to talk to you about what you might be doing to make it worse and show you an exercise to combat it!
Most of my clients that come in with back pain think that a previous injury or issue will make it impossible to overcome their pain. People ignore it, take medication, or seek advice from health practitioners that, despite trying their best, end up giving them bad advice that actually makes their pain worse.
