You may think that your body starts to age at 60, but that actually starts at age 25. You may already notice that you walk a little slower or that you grab the banister more quickly when climbing stairs. You move more carefully. Eline van der Kruk, biomechanical engineer from TU Delft, explains what happens to your body from the age of 25.
