Necessary materials
2 glasses of water (400 ml)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5 g)
5 cups of wheat flour (600 gr)
Salt (8 g)

To Grease the Dough:
Melted butter (80 g)
1 tea glass of vegetable oil (90 ml)

For Filling:
23 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml)
3 large size onions
3 eggs
Spinach (400 g)
Salt
Red powdered pepper
Black pepper

For the topping: 2 egg yolks
