We love this fish recipe because it is delicious in a lemon cream sauce and is perfect for dinner. We really like salmon! As you can see, it's easy to prepare and it's fantastic! No comparison to fish fingers.

Salmon is a beautiful fish that can be prepared in a very versatile and delicious way.

â–ș Ingredients:
Salmon, cut into 4 pieces, skin removed
Salt
pepper
Butter for frying
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 medium zucchini, sliced
400g fresh spinach
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
Lemon zest from 1 lemon
250 ml cream
80g grated Grana Padano or Parmesan
Fresh tagliatelle

Let the fried salmon simmer in the sauce for 5 to 7 minutes. This keeps it nice and juicy and tender. It takes on the taste of the lemon sauce.
