Whoop Strap is not for me - sign up learn and then cancel.
After using the Whoop Strap for 4 month I think I have learned enough about what it does. The results where kinda obvious and the added screen time (thru the app) and the subscription model is not something I am going to continue. That being said, I learned a lot and I think it's worth trying out.
