Here's a stepbystep guide on how to make white sauce pasta:

Ingredients:
1 cup of pasta of your choice
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons allpurpose flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 slices of cheese
1 chopped onion
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped carrot
5 to 6 chopped garlic cloves


Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta, salt and oil and cook. Drain the cooked pasta and set it aside.

2. Prepare the white sauce: In a separate kadai or saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the allpurpose flour and whisk continuously for about 1 minute until the mixture becomes smooth.

3. Gradually add the milk: Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly to avoid any lumps. Continue whisking until the mixture thickens and comes to a simmer. This usually takes around 5 minutes.

4. Season the sauce: Add the dried oregano, chilli flakes, and black pepper to the sauce. Stir well to combine and let the sauce simmer for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Saute all the chopped veggies: Add oregano, salt & chilli flakes.

6. Combine the sauce with veggies and pasta: Add the cooked pasta and sauteed veggies to the white sauce and toss until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

7. Serve: Remove the pan from the heat and let the pasta rest for a minute. Garnish with chilli flakes, if desired. Serve the white sauce pasta hot and enjoy!

You can also customize your white sauce pasta by adding cooked vegetables like broccoli, mushrooms, or bell peppers. Feel free to experiment and make it your own!
