With still having my 2022 Trek Farley 9.6 I thought I would do a side by side comparison with the Bontrager carbon pro fork vs Rock Shox Bluto.
Note this review is based on Michigan MTB trails.
Yes the carbon fork is light but for the MTB rails I ride the carbon fork rattled my teeth. With running the 4.5” tire with the carbon fork I had to hold tight at all times. On the same MTB trail running the Bluto I had a light grip and felt I could attack the downhills.
I want to be clear my reviewed was on Michigan MTB dirt trails.
If I was riding more aggressive trails I would look at WREN shock.
