While you may have already noticed that North Dakota and South Dakota are just the 5th and 6th least populated states in the United States. This rare pair of same name states, have had nothing short of a fascinating history, thanks to their historic rivalry and being part of the Louisiana Purchase. I would perhaps even argue, that both Dakota states are underrated US states today; something I plan to explore in this video as I explain and breakdown which Dakota is the better Dakota.
