Plant protein powders & whey proteins: there are plenty to choose between, but how do they differ and which ones better?

Protein is essential for growth, repair and load of other essential functions in the body. Getting enough protein is also essential if you want to gain muscle mass, but there’s a lot of confusion about whether plantbased protein powders can do it as well as animal proteins like meat, eggs or dairy.

Richie, our nutritionist expert, tells us about the science behind the vegan protein powders and the more common, milkbased powders. On top of that we’ll also learn about some of the latest research on how much plantbased protein powder you should be taking.
