(Tell me in the comments section below which one you think is strongest!)

ANSWER OPTION NUMBER 1 02:59
“I already have a plan of where I want to be in the future. In five years’ time I still plan to be working for your company either in the same role, or having gained advancement to a higher level. In five years’ time I will have participated in numerous team projects and helped the business move forward significantly. Finally, in five years’ time I would want to be seen as a trusted, reliable, and productive member of your organization who can be relied upon to deliver results both on time and to the requested standard.”

ANSWER OPTION NUMBER 2 03:39
“In five years’ time I want to still be working for your business. I have set my sights on this role with your company for some time now, and I see my career developing solely with your organization. In five years’ time I would have developed both professionally and personally. I plan to achieve this by completing lots of training development courses, and by working on challenging projects that constantly push my skills and qualities. In five years’ time I would also want to be seen as someone who could be relied upon to help train up newer members of staff as and when they join the organization.”
