School is bound to be stressful, overwhelming, timeconsuming, and exhausting. But always remember that you’re not alone. Stress makes you think that you always have to be ON. But sometimes you hit a point where you feel like you just can’t go anymore. That’s ok. It’s totally ok to take a break and get back on track. We sometimes forget how strong and resilient we are. Remind yourself of all the things you thought you couldn’t do and all of the challenges you’ve overcome in the past. You’ve done it before and you can do it again. Stay strong!
