Earth 2.0

The Triassic period that spanned from 252 million to 200 million years ago, saw the rise of reptiles and the first dinosaurs.

During this time, the first pterosaurs sailed through the skies, and the first ichthyosaurs and plesiosaurs swam in the oceans. The lineage of many modernday reptiles began in the Triassic Period, including crocodiles, lizards, and turtles.
