There are things that should be on your credit report postBankruptcy Discharge:

1. Account balances should be $0 or blank.
2. Status of Account should be "Included in Bankruptcy" or "Discharged in Bankruptcy."
3. Any "Past Due Balance" must show as $0 or blank.
4. Any "ChargeOff Balance" must show as $0 or blank.
5. There cannot be any monthly delinquency reported AFTER your Bankruptcy Case was filed.
