Body Shape is incredibly important in the styling process and in my role as a Personal Stylist for the everyday woman, it's the first thing I assess when I meet a client, so I thought i'd share with you as much knowledge as I can in a series of Body Shape Master Classes.
Part 1 is overview of the shapes, body scale and the reason why it's so important in the styling process.
Part 2 onwards will see me dress a different shaped woman each week (not a model, she'll have real lumps and bumps!). You'll get to see how I style every shape possible (apple, pear, strawberry, rectangle and hourglass). And as you'll quickly learn, most women are combinations of shapes and need to consider rules from multiple shapes.
