We didn't make this video to convince anyone that what we do is perfect and they should do it, too. We explained what we do and encouraged others to think for themselves. If you seek the truth on any topic in life, you can expect that it will never be spoon fed to you. You need to dig deep and explore yourself. ❤

Since many of you asked: we do not use supplements like protein powders on a regular basis. Sometime we use pea protein to put into a smoothie. What we use daily is B12 and Magnesium oil. Spices we cook regularly with are cumin, tumeric, ginger.
