I'm having a lot of fun changing up my What's For Dinner videos and adding more of the process of cooking the meals in there. My hubby bought me a new camera for Mother's Day and he's been having a blast filming for me and I'm so glad he's able to help me out! I've got all the recipes linked below. I hope y'all enjoy this week's What's For Dinner?!

CHICKEN ALFREDO PENNE:

CHICKEN TENDERS:
salt
pepper
garlic powder
paprika

Heat a medium skillet to medhi and add a couple tbsp of oil. Brown the spicecoated chicken for about 5 minutes on each side (or until the internal temp reaches 165 F).

Cook Penne Pasta according to box directions. Drain and set aside.

ALFREDO SAUCE:
1 stick of butter
2 cups heavy cream
1 5oz block of Parmesan cheese freshly grated
13 fresh basil leaves chopped
23 cloves minced garlic
pepper to taste

Melt butter completely in a large skillet. Add heavy cream and heat until bubbly. Add in basil and pepper. Add parmesan cheese and allow to completely melt. Add garlic and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
Lastly, add drained pasta and toss to completely coat. Transfer to baking dish and top with chopped chicken tenders.
