If you're anything like me, you probably had some severe anxiety while watching the show, The Bear on Hulu. It's been almost 20 years since I worked in a commercial kitchen but those memories and feelings came roaring back while watching The Bear's back of house staff rip and roar their way through their fledgling restaurant.

There wasn't one aspect of this show that I did not enjoy! It's a 10 out of 10! That's my opinion, and after speaking with real chefs, it seems to be a popular opinion!

I am fortunate enough to have a tiny bit of access to some incredible chefs and restauranteur's through my day job so I kindly asked a few of them if I could interview them about the show. This episode features Chef John Bouquin Executive Chef of The Skunk and Goat Tavern in North East, PA Chef Martin Firestone Executive Chef and Owner of Firestone's Kitchen in Erie, PA and Chef Jason Finnerty Executive Chef of The Cork 1794 in Erie, PA.

All three of these chefs are completely different but as you watch and listen, you will hear that they are inline about kitchen life, being a chef, the journey, mental health and last but not least, The Bear!
