Looking to travel to the Channel Islands National Park off the coast of California? These five islands are known as the Galapagos of North America for their abundant marine life and amount of endemic species of animals. The islands were never connected to the mainland so they offer pristine landscapes and the perfect opportunity for wildlife spotting and adventure lovers. However, traveling here is only accessible by boat and some of the adventures are not for the faint of heart. After traveling here half a dozen times, we are passing on our tips to enjoy this national park as well as some lesserknown observations.
