When Beyonce and Jay Z welcomed their twins Rumi and Sir, they officially became a family of five, along with their first daughter Blue Ivy. So like any outnumbered parents, Bey and Jay got some fulltime help!

Less than a year later Beyonce was taking the main stage at Coachella and the couple was releasing their collaboration album, Everything is Love. How do they do it?! With an army of nannies, of course.

All of Beyonce and Jay Z’s nannies have to read, sign, and follow a specific and detailed handbook that explains how they want the kids’ to be cared for. The handbook isn’t optional and everyone involved in Blue, Rumi, and Sir’s lives has to follow it!

And if taking care of kids who are basically royalty sounds like a big job, don’t worry these nannies get PAID!

Being a nanny for Beyonce’s kids is basically the dream. Sure, there are some rules and restrictions to follow, but who wouldn’t want the chance to hang around Queen Bey herself not to mention mini queen, Blue?
