Alberto will tell us the story of how he has spent his life experiencing art in different ways and then defining what it means to be an artist.

Alberto is an artist, well known for his surreal approach to painting cityscapes such as Brighton and London. Born in Cuba into a family of farmers, Alberto has had a colourful and varied life. Having spent some of his informative years in Cuba and Trinidad, his story of learning to be artist is full of strange and remarkable influences, from political and economic to cultural and environmental.
