After finding a popped stitch on my brand new Chanel 20C Medium Classic Flap bag, I returned it and got a refund. Soon after, I found another new med classic flap bag at Saks, this time, MADE IN FRANCE, so I snatched it up.

Unfortunately, I'm sad to report that ONCE AGAIN, there is a quality issue.
Please watch until the end so you can avoid this happening to you.

I will be returning this bag too, but am conflicted on whether to try for an exchange or simply get a refund and forget about all of this ridiculousness. ‍♀ Maybe try preloved or vintage? Please share your comments down below!
