Here’s your recipe!

2 TBS butter
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 cup Catsup
1/3 Cup prepared horseradish
1 TSP Worcestershire
1/4 TSP dry mustard

6 Stone crab claws (or 1 Lb. of your favorite seafood cooked and chilled)

Simmer vegetables in butter for 68 minutes until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except seafood, and bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Serve sauce piping hot with chilled seafood.
