There are many misconceptions not only about medical school and medicine as a whole, but even in being a doctor. Physicians know a lot, but we (and modern medicine) don't know everything. Work dynamics are distinctly unique from an office work space, but politics and drama are still bountiful. Certain specialties allow for a balanced lifestyle, others make it very challenging to do so.
