What I Eat In a Day as a New Intuitive Eater
Today I'm showing you what I eat in a day while following intuitive eating. I decided to try intuitive eating a few months ago after forcing myself to eat low carb for years. Following the principles of intuitive eating totally changed my life: I feel like I eat much healthier now, don't have crazy cravings for junk food and my relationship with food as a whole is in a much better and happier place!
