This meal, as is with all the recipes in the recipes in the cookbook, is oilfree, sugarfree, and glutenfree. It's easy, quick, and perfect for leftovers! This cookbook is split into three categories meals that can be eaten chilled (to be packed in a lunchbox, cooler, or in the fridge), meals that can be reheated in the microwave, and meals that can be packed in a thermos.
