This morning I read an interesting update from DJI regarding Remote ID. What has DJI done now? Apparently they've added a few additional legacy drones to their list of Remote ID compliant drones. Apparently over the next few months some drone owners will receive a Remote ID Firmware update. As I understand it, that means I won't need a RID Module for my Mavic 2 Pros and my Phantom 4 Pro V2.
