Starter Pokemon have always been given to us by the professor in each region. However, in Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu & Let's Go Eevee we can't actually evolve them like we couldn't evolve Pikachu in Pokemon Yellow. What happens when you try and evolve them though? Let's take a look!
