WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DO PILATES EVERYDAY | How Pilates changed my body

Over the last few months I have completely switched up my workout routine and I have never felt better. Last year I gained weight, my hormones were out of balance and my skin was breaking out. At the same time I was overexercising, trying to "burn off" the weight with intense exercise and feeling exhausted. I went on a deep dive to understand what was happening with my body, why my hormones were so out of balance and why I was constantly feeling lethargic. A bit part of the problem was that with my exercise routine I was constantly trying to fight against it when I felt tired and bloated on my period i thought I had to exercise harder to "get back on track". Nothing could be further from the truth. This vlog is about how I started listening to my body and switching my routine to just Pilates workouts was a big part of that! I want to stress that I definitely take regular rest days I didn't work out every single day and I definitely don't recommend that to anyone. The main lesson I learned was about listening to, and understanding, what my body needed and what was right for me. I hope sharing my journey is helpful to you guys xx
