Even wondered what would happen if you put alloy and plastic parts in an ultrasonic cleaner?

In this video, I take a selection of bike parts and put them through an ultrasonic cleaner, just to see if they get damaged. This included:
A Shimano chain
A Shimano 105 7000 Rear Derailleur
A Shimano 105 7000 Front Derailleur
A Shimano 105 7000 Cassette
CNC Machined Jockey Wheels with Sealed Bearings
A Shimano BBR60 Bottom Bracket
Some Wheel Bearings

The idea was to see if these more delicate parts would get as good a clean as components like a chain. Would they come out sparkly and new, or would they melt?
