Life is a strange occurance for me sometimes. I found myself in Southern California for an unrelated issue and was asked if I could inspect a 2018 Jayco Precept Class A Gas motorhome on a Ford chassis. While I would normally say it was outside my service area, I did agree and drove a few hours down to Ramona, California and enjoyed the California sun and West Coast weather.

While this was a private party sale, the current owner was with me the whole time and was incredibly kind and understanding. I was in contact with the potential owner the whole time also and alerted them to the concerns I discovered.

While this is not an exhaustive complete RV inspection, I do try to highlight common inspection points and what to look for if purchasing a RV. Otherwise, I was impressed by the floorplan and the exterior space under the patio awning as it only has three slide outs on it.
