So many of us are going about our day secretly depressed, crippled with anxiety, dealing with dysfunctional relationships, and feeling isolated to the point of numbness. Yet we put on a brave face as we head out the door, brushing the problems aside, and get through the day without really working through the real issue. I know this pain, intimately which is why I created this channel to share my own experiences and what’s worked for me.

On my website and videos, I share useful strategies to improve your life and outlook based on research studies, spiritual practices, and personal experiences. In every video, I hope to help improve your selfesteem and make life a little easier. My goal is to spark a little joy in your world and hopefully give you a lightbulb moment at the same time.
