In some of my previous "weight loss secrets" videos, I talk about the importance of switching from a DIET (which is temporary by nature) to a LIFESTYLE (where you can make permanent improvements to your weight and overall health).

And in this video, I want to dive deeper into the 3 components of LIFESTYLE, which include:
The food
Metabolic retraining
Mindset

As I explain in the video, the MINDSET component is the most important out of the three, and I'll also explain how to use these components to your advantage.
