Crispy iceberg lettuce wedge salad with a banging dairy free ranch dressing. Enjoy!

RECIPE
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon almond milk
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon capers, chopped
1/2 teaspoon caper juice
1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1/4 cup fresh chives, sliced
Salt & pepper

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well along with 1/4 teaspoon salt and a few cracks of pepper. Mix well and check for seasoning. Dressing will get better over time
